CUSTOM ORDERS
- All custom-made leaders, apparel and accessories are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders on fishing leaders unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. I have designed these leaders towards ensuring maximum efficiency and redundancy for catching the fish of a lifetime, utilizing a rigorous QA process and it serves the customers better when I am informed of defects/ flaws with my products so we can course correct.
- All of our apparel is printed on demand once you place your order - meaning each item is custom- produced, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing or color differences between your screen and the printed product.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.
- If the issue is verified, we will offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Apparel items arriving with a printing defect (e.g. misaligned design, missing graphics, major smudge).
- The product is materially damaged in transit (e.g. ripped fabric, major quality issue).
- The wrong item was sent (wrong style/size/color) due to error on the company.
STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) ITEMS
- Unused, standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in new, resalable condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the production hasn't started.
- After production begins, cancellations or refunds are not available for custom items.
SHIPPING ISSUES
- We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once the item has been shipped.
- If your package is lost, we'll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- (FOR APPAREL) Because each item is custom printed, we cannot guarantee exact transit or shipping timelines. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for delayed delivery or late arrival of shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
OTHER DISQUALIFYING SCENARIOS FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
- Apparel does not fit you or you changed your mind.
- Apparel minor print placement variations, slight color shade differences (due to the nature of Print-On-Demand printing).
HANDLING OF APPROVED CLAIMS
- (FOR APPAREL ONLY): We will either send you a replacement garment at no extra cost or offer a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you choose.
- We will cover any require shipping cost for replacement if the defect or damage is our fault.
- If you choose a refund, your account will be credited within 5-10 business days from our approval (your bank or payment provider may take another 1-3 business days).
- If a product must be returned to us for inspection, we will provide instructions, but in many cases, a photograph verification may suffice (to avoid unnecessary returns.)
POLICY CHANGES
- We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when the changes were made. Your order will be governed by the version of the policy in effect on the date you placed the order.
